Principal Adviser
Justin is a Principal Adviser who works with Balanced Investment Strategies (BIS Cosgrove’s financial planning division), BIS Super (BIS Cosgrove’s SMSF division) and chairs the Investment Committee.
His career in financial services began in 1999 whilst completing his tertiary studies. Upon completing his Business and Psychology degrees with Griffith University in 2000, Justin gained invaluable experience and expertise with Advice Firms, Fund Managers and Superannuation Funds both domestically and abroad.
Joining BIS Cosgrove in 2003, Justin initially managed and developed the firm’s SMSF division before moving to a full-time adviser role, providing for the strategic advice needs of our clients. In 2023 he acquired his SMSFA Specialist Advisor accreditation.
Justin’s extensive knowledge allows him to provide comprehensive advice to our clients, ranging from investment, financial planning structure and strategy, superannuation and insurance through to complex SMSF strategy, accounting, and structural advice. Justin’s aim is to uncover how people think and feel about their circumstances before providing them with tailored solutions.
Justin has worked with a large number of individuals, along with employers and organisations, providing education on financial health and well-being alongside his comprehensive knowledge of financial advice.
Justin is known for his exotic dance moves and love of all things Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones.
