Say hello to Betina, one-half of our friendly Gold Coast reception team.
Joining BIS Cosgrove at the beginning of 2023, Betina seamlessly assumed the dual role of second administrator and client services co-ordinator. Betina’s people skills and service to clients is unmatched. She is responsible for being the first point of contact for most clients, ensuring that their initial interactions with us are nothing short of exceptional, as well as providing office support to staff.
Before joining BIS Cosgrove, Betina worked tirelessly in her own small business and thrived in the realm of practice management. She understands the ins and outs of running a business and has an extensive knowledge of office management. She also holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
Betina operates as Lou’s right-hand woman! And the pair make a killer reception team, responsible for premium client experience. Our reception staff are the backbone that keep the office running like a well-oiled machine, and Betina is no exception!
In her free time, Betina can be found travelling Australia with her partner or hanging with her grandkids.
